[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Patch for file /etc/init.d/checkfs.sh (initscripts)

Hi, this is simple patch for file checkfs.sh.

If you have read-only file system there is no need to send errors like
rm: cannot remove `/fastboot`: Read-only file system
rm: cannot remove `/forcefsck`: Read-only file system
