Sure. It defaults to yes because it was the original behaviour, and I
did not know the consequence of changing it.

I do not know the details of wake-on-lan, and nothing at all about
iscsu, so I do not know how the default should be for those. I once
got the impression that WOL behaviour differed from driver to driver,
and that it was hard to know if the interface should be taken down or
not to get WOL working. I have no idea if this is os was true, nor if
it has changed.
