[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#524007: logsave/fsck should create /var/log/fsck

Please create /var/log/fsck in S10checkroot and S30checkfs, if the
directory does not yet exist (e.g. in my case, /var/log is a tmpfs
because the system is read-only).
