[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#512003: Script warnings when update-rc.d invoked without final dot

When update-rc.d in "start|stop"-mode is invoked without the final
dot, script warnings are displayed just before the "usage" message is
shown. These script warnings should be fixed.

 pet at workmate$ update-rc.d -n mysql start 99 1 2 3
 Use of uninitialized value $level in string ne at update-rc.d line etc etc

I attached a patch that resolves this.
