[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#539084: rc.local starts too early when used with insserv

If I am not mistaken in the next stable release insserv is going to be
activated by default.  To provide backward compatibility with the
existing setups which assume that rc.local is run at the last stage of
booting it would be better to change the Required-Start directive to

Required-Start:  $all

or use an equivalent.
