[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#533047: initscripts: bootmisc.sh: error messages if /var/log/dmesg missing

bootmisc.sh will display error messages (No such file etc) if 
/var/log/dmesg is missing. savelog should not be called if the file is 
not present.
