[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#520060: add "show" or "status" command to update-rc.d

It occurred to me that what update-rc.d lacks is a "show" command, to
show the present state of all links, or that of one package.

How best to show them is up to you, and indeed there are other
packages/ways ... maybe you can improve on them.
