[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Ready to upload sysvinit and insserv to unstable?

The packages are now uploaded and the annoucement sent.

Now we can start converting the sysvinit build system to use debhelper
instead of the current home-grown and strange build system, and
hopefully make it easier to maintain the package in the future.  Not
sure I find time for that this weekend, so if anyone else want to give
it a go, please help yourself. :)
