[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] New upstream sysvinit release 2.88dsf

Finally, a new sysvinit release is ready and available from
<URL: http://nongnu.uib.no/sysvinit/ >.

Most Debian patches are included in this version, and a few other
fixes are in place as well.

I hope to find time to move our repository to this version soon, and
welcome help. :)
