[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#578827: move /etc/init.t/skeleton into /u/s/d/initscripts/examples (or so)

Hi.

At least /etc/init.t/skeleton is not really a configuration file
(as it's never directly used).
May I suggest to move this to something like
/u/s/d/initscripts/examples/ or so?

I guess /etc/init.t/README is ok, as its intended to document how
this dir is used, and therefore has a particular "right" to be there.
