Agreed, and while we are at it also in the manpage rcS(5).

Since I don't know exactly the semantics of the other CONCURRENCY option
(namely "startpar"), I've refrained from updating the patch to document
the complete semantics of CONCURRENCY in those two places.

Nevertheless, I'm setting Reply-To/M-F-T to the bug log as apparently
this sub-thread should be better continued there.
