As relations can go both ways (as in fuse can ask to run before
mountall, and mountall can ask fuse to run before it), I believe it is
better if fuse add a X-Start-Before: mountall if that ordering is
wanted. It is up to the fuse maintainer when he want the init.d
script to run during boot.
Reassigning to fuse, where I believe this fix belong.
