This is a duplicate bug of 584862, and the code is already removed in
svn with this changelog entry.

  * Remove runlevel duration printing code from init.d/rc script
    as it was scheduled for removal before squeeze and imperfect.
    (Closes: #584862)

The current svn is at <URL: svn://svn.debian.org/pkg-sysvinit/sysvinit/trunk >.

Getting the current svn package ready and past the release managers is
the challenge.
