[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] /run transition

Hi,

In order to get the /run transition started, we really need to get a
new initscripts uploaded which fixes #620191.  Is there any chance of
a maintainer upload in the near future?

http://wiki.debian.org/ReleaseGoals/RunDirectory details the plan for
the transition.

If there isn't anyone with the time to review the patch and do the
upload, would be be OK for me to NMU it?

contains a proposed package for upload (sysvinit_2.88dsf-13.3).
This has been tested on amd64 and powerpc systems, as well as on
kfreebsd, hurd, and linux vservers and lxc.  This is the final
tested version, bar any requested changes to the defaults.
