[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#637087: Please set FSCKFIX=yes by default

In the 'Could we make desktop users need their local Debian geeks less'
bof at debconf11 a few days ago, where Petter was present as well, it
was suggested to set FSCKFIX=yes by default. Please do so :)
