[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#608573: sysv-rc: Please clarify instructions in /etc/rc2.d/README

The README file in /etc/rc2.d is a bit confusing to a newcomer:

    To disable a service in this runlevel, rename its script in this
    directory so that the new name begins with a 'K' and a two-digit
    number, and run 'update-rc.d script defaults' to reorder the scripts
    according to dependencies.

One might assume (as I did) that the command "update-rc.d script
defaults" is meant to be entered verbatim, which gives the following error:

    update-rc.d: error: unable to read /etc/init.d/script

Once you know that "script" is meant to be replaced by the name of an
individual script, then the error of course makes sense, but until then,
it's a bit confusing.  (Another user had the same confusion:
http://aptosid.de/index.php?name=PNphpBB2&file=printview&t=370&start=0).

For starters, it would be clearer to put the word "script" in angle
brackets: "update-rc.d <script> defaults".  Giving a concrete example
would make it still clearer.
