[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#648433: initscripts: /etc/default/rcS changes are not updated

Hi.

When the default /etc/default/rcS changes,... those changes get not propagated somehow to the user.

If you cant use conffiles, or something like this, than IMHO such changes should at least be
added to the NEWS file, so that users can keep their systems "synchronised" with the current
behaviour of the package. :-)
