where "upstream" here is the kernel itself. Fixed in Linux kernel
3.2.26, 3.0.41, 3.4.9, 3.5.2, 3.6. The fix will eventually flow down to
the 3.2-based Wheezy kernel and to unstable.

It does a lot of the above, now. It is _not_ the same as doing dmesg |
gzip > /dev/random, though, so we might want to do it anyway.
