[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Add new members of the pkg-sysvinit team ?

Via Alioth, two people have requetsted membership in the sysvinit team
with the following comments:

    I'm new and i'm trying to learn packaging to help debian community.
    I'm debian user for quiet some time not as a simple user but
    looking for everything relevant for each package/depends/.
    So, i please you to accept me in your group even to test me.

Should I grant them access?

I am included to currently reject the latter and ask him to join the
team by subscribing to the mailing list and submit patches instead of
having direct vcs write access, and grant the former as I know his
previous work and he explicitly need vcs access to get what he need.
Any comments?

I guess someone more active than me should become project admin, to
avoid these requests to linger for months.  Any volunteers?
