The fix will lead to a nasty error message though, namely
"rmdir: failed to remove `/lib/init/rw': No such file or directory".

Also I wonder whether pre_mountall is the right place to remove the
directory, considering that it's run by /etc/network/if-up.d/mountnfs as
well.
