Yes, those updates (both) are what determined me to revisit the issue. 
(it took a while for me to notice the regression since I don't reboot 
often and I don't use NFS much).

The suggestion mentioned in the bug log of commenting this line

    [ "$ADDRFAM" = "inet" ] || [ "$ADDRFAM" = "inet6" ] || exit 0

works, but re-activates the initial bug (stall at boot).

Don't hesitate to contact me in case you need more info (I just 
subscribed to the bug as well, since I missed the other comments, I had 
the impression this is not necessary anymore).
