[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#725970: sysv-rc: Disable "concurrency" boot via boot parameter

Dear Maintainer,
It would be great if the "concurrency" boot could be disabled via a boot parameter (e.g. none-concurrency). This will be easier for debugging and customization. Attached please find a patch about this.
