I've just commited the changes I believe are required for startpar to
git.  Please have a look at check if I forgot something.

Note, I discovered that by mistake the startpar package did not
include the file in /etc/init/ at all, so there never was two files
present to do the injection.  This made the fix a bit easier than
expected.  I am unsure if I should break/replace << 2.88dsf-52 or
<< 2.88dsf-53 (ie next upload).  Opinions?
