[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#741705: insserv: Lots of errors and dependency loops preventing update or upgrade

After looking closer, I am quite sure #738775 and #741705 is the same
issue.  Merging.

A fix was uploaded to experimental a few minutes ago.  I disabled the
systemd integration completely.  It will need a closer look before
being enabled again. :)
