Hi Petter,

Thanks for your reply.

That's ok, I don't think I need admin rights anymore, since I have
created a new OpenRC project on Alioth. And the people who contributes
to it have already joined. :)

I very much would like to see this bug:

fixed asap. This would help Hurd guys, and help us on OpenRC to show
everyone that we have a good solution for non-linux ports. This has
already been tested and working, we would very much love to see it
directly supported by the package.

What's holding applying the patches of #721917? Would it be ok if I
apply the patches, and NMU sysvinit in Debian experimental with them?
