Yes, I was trying latest initscripts because currently some scripts do
not run after installing systemd.
The current initscripts do not resolve the problem but cause ifupdown to
be removed.
Presumably on dist-upgrade ifupdown will be upgraded rather than removed
so this is only problem when trying separate packages.
