What do you mean, it doesn't match?  The nfs-common init script has:

# Default-Start:     S
# Default-Stop:      0 1 6

Anibal has reverted my deliberate change to rpcbind's init script, in
response to this bug report which makes no sense.  Why did you think it was
appropriate to mark rpcbind for start in both runlevel S and runlevels 2 3 4
5?
