[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#776963: tmpfs(5) manpage also affected

The tmpfs(5) manpage indicates that /etc/default/tmpfs is the way to
configure tmpfs filesystems mounted during boot. In addition to the
comments in the config file, the manpage should also be updated.
