Hi,

i can confirm this bug. I freshly installed wheezy on a new server just
now. Updating packages to jessie involves update-rc.d calls in postinst
scripts. It takes *25 minutes* per insserv call to finish, without
generating any load on the system. 

The system drive is also an SSD.
