[Pkg-sysvinit-devel] Bug#778875: bootlogd: Can't open /etc/init.d/stop-bootlogd: No such file or directory

Today I tried installing needrestart and it produced this error.  Upon
investigation I find this problem.

This is a Sid system upgraded daily.
