Andreas Henriksson wants to NMU sysvinit for the moved binaries, and
we'd really like to include this fix as well. So I hereby declare that
I would like to NMU sysvinit.

I went out on a limb and committed this fix to git. This seems easier
than you having to retroactively commit it after the fact, and makes
it easier to coordinate with Andreas as well. Please slap my fingers
if that was too bold, I won't do it again then.
