Ah, right.  I missed that '--signal 1' ment 'SIGHUB'.  No idea why it is
so, given the function name.  And I wrote the code, many years ago, but
do not know if it changed in the mean time. :)

Renaming the function will break anyone doing the 'alias' trick, so any
changes should be done in a backwards compatible way, I believe.
