Okay, I think it makes the most sense to use the Alioth project then,
I've just applied to become a member of the project.

Should we schedule a "bug fixing weekend" at some point to get the
number of open bugs down?

I also plan to add a few tests on Jenkins -- specifically

 - check that transitioning from and to systemd works
 - check that debootstrap with sysvinit works, without having to boot
into systemd
 - check that debootstrap default installation doesn't break
