Hello,

I found the same issue upgrading a VPS from wheezy to jessie with the
version 2.88dsf-59.

$ ls -l /dev/shm
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Nov 28  2014 /dev/shm -> /run/shm
$ ls -l /run/shm
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 8 Oct 13  2015 /run/shm -> /dev/shm
$ mountpoint /dev
/dev is not a mountpoint
