Kel Modderman <kel at otaku42.de> has not been working on
the insserv package for quite some time.

We have received concerns about their status, and we were unable to
contact him through his mail address.  We therefore would like to ask
you to remove them from the Uploaders list of the package so we can
close that part of the file.
