I've added the Breaks/Replaces and a Depends on taskwarrior now.

Sorry for forcing over your commits, I'll be more observant in future to
make sure I'm not just redoing work that's already done.

master in the repo currently reflects the Debian package 1.0.0-2 as was
just uploaded to unstable.
