[pkg-tasktools] setup_server.bash --> problem with pki script directory

I have tried to execute it like that, but the problem is that the script
wants to be executed under uid (Debian-taskd) under which the server
should run, but that uid is set with 'nologin', so I had to run it as
root and then change the perms accordingly.

Now everything works besides systemd unit - that's for another post.
