[pkg-tasktools] bugwarrior update to 1.5.1

Hi All,

I'm about to push a bugwarrior update to unstable, if you're a
bugwarrior user then I would appreciate it if you test out the new
version and let me know if anything is broken before it hits testing.

I've tested the following services: Trac, BTS and GitHub.

There are lots of other services however and as I don't use them, I
don't have a set up for testing them.

If something will go horribly wrong with one of the services that I
haven't spotted, best to file an RC bug on bugwarrior to prevent the
migration to testing until it's fixed.
