[pkg-tasktools] Bug#986961: Updating the tasksh Uploaders list

I think it has now been long enough that I don’t remember anything about this package. I think the correct action is to remove me from Uploaders and maybe add QA team. If I was the last upload then maybe this should be removed before next release.
