That's ok.  Packaging is relatively easy.  Especially for existing
packages.  I'm not looking for expertise with debs and dpkg at this
point; I'm looking for expertise with tcl and tcl libraries.

Membership in the maintenance group is open.  All you really need is
an account on Alioth.  And you can leave again at any time.  This is
not a lifetime commitment.
