The discussion doesn't look very infotmative. It's not clear whether
it's a bug in your code or in Tcl code or in GCC optimization code.

I'm not a GCC expert, but building Tcl with -fno-unit-at-a-time
doesn't seem to cause any harm. All 'make test' results are identical
regardless of whether this option is present or no. So, If the other
pkg-tcltk-devel subscribers don't have objections against, I'll add
this option in the next upload.
