I think it's infeasible (at least for me) to fix this documentation
bug. To fix it (in my view), a notice about using Tcl_FindExecutable()
or Tcl_CreateInterp() should be added to almost all manpages, and I
simply don't know for which functions exactly this notice is
necessary.
Feel free to open a documentation bug, but I don't think that I can do
something more than simply forwarding it to Tcl developers.
