I investigated further, the bug is probably in glibc, see #4890664,
it looks like it affects also hppa (due to linuxthreads add-on).

I still prefer to leave this bug open, the workaround is perfect for 
building db packages, but when the real problem would be solved,
the dll unload can be reenabled.
