BTW, I forgot to mention that debian/watch fails to find the correct
upstream version. It now reports

Newest version on remote site is full-1.0-uz, local version is 1.6.3
 => Newer version available from
    http://media.wu-wien.ac.at/download/xotcl-full-1.0-uz.tar.gz

The regexp is too general.
