Ok now the formal issue are nearly fixed.

Hope it didn't hurt that much. IMHO it's worth it but the opinion seem
to differ.
The README.source still talks about dpatch but should now point to
quilt instead.

After a first glance over it, I'd consider to upload it myself. Though
I wouldn't mind if you'd be a bit more verbose in the debian/changelog
in the future. "* Checked against lintian v2.5.4" doesn't tell us much
about the changes made or not made to the package.
