Thanks, Sergei!  Sure, it is probably better to hold off on uploading
to unstable, to avoid other packages relying on details that won't
persist beyond the beta if there are any.

I'm retitling this bug to reflect the remaining useful part of the
patch (avoiding overwriting users' choice of where the "wish" and
"tclsh" alternatives point on upgrade).  Actually I'd rather get rid
of this use of alternatives altogether, and rely on sysadmins just
installing an appropriate version of the "tcl" and "tk" packages
(which simplifies dependencies).  What do you think?
