Please drop "+ssh" protocol from debian/control::Vcs-* to make debcheckout
work everybody.

Debian Policy Manual 5.6.25 also states that the purpose of Vcs-* fields is to "indicate publicly accessible repositories" which is obviously not true by using svn+ssh:// protocol.
