This package is a spin-off from saods9 which was separated by
upstream into its own git repository. There is already a tk-html3
package in Debian (maintained by me); however the two versions
forked off and are not compatible. In tk-html3, large parts of the
structure and API are rewritten, but tk-html3 is unmaintained
upstream anymore. In contrast, saods9 is actively developed, so
tkhtml1 will be maintained upstream as well.
