I see. If I understand correctly [1], an upload to unstable will be a
prerequisite, then reportbug an unblock bug with a debdiff between
2.1.0-3 in unstable and 2.1.0-2 in testing, correct?

So can you upload 2.1.0-3 to unstable, so I can proceed from there? Or,
am I missing sth. here?
