I see that you've updated the build depedency for debhelper but kept
debian/compat at the deprecated level 7. Maybe you'd like to increase
that to level 9 as well? Otherwise the versioned build dependency is not
very useful. Also debhelper changed its versioning schema back and forth.
It's most helpful to only depend on the major version in sync with the
tested compat level. So something like "debhelper (>= 9)" with compat level
9 would make sense.
